Volunteer Application - Basic Info

Thank you for your interest in Home In Place.  This form allows you to sign up to become a volunteer. Volunteers help members with transportation, various tasks around the house, and friendly visits and calls.

Volunteers training session is currently provided via ZOOM.  Background screening checks are required before providing direct services to members.
